Article 1 : Terms

The terms used in the following conditions are : Buyer : Natural person acquiring products from the website 

Seller : Company MOUSSARD Xavier

Website : www.maisonmoussard.com 

Products : Articles sold on the website: shoes, bags, small leather goods.

 

Article 2 :  Range of application

2.1 These terms and conditions are made to define the rights and obligations selling articles or services from the Seller to the Buyer.

 

2.2 These terms and conditions applies to all orders made on our Website www.maisonmoussard.com.

 

2.3 The Company MOUSSARD Xavier may update these terms and conditions. In case of update, all orders will be applied the terms and conditions written the day of the order.

 

2.4 These terms and conditions tell all the obligations of the Seller and the Buyer. The Buyer agrees with all the terms and conditions. 

 

Article 3 : Articles and offers

3.1 All the products dispayed by the Seller are available while stock last at the time of the order.

 

3.2 All the shoes, bags and small leather goods sold on the website are second hand products. They are selected with care, they are inspected, restored minutely. The second hand products can have imperfections such as naturals uses.
The responsibility of Maison Moussard can not be involved for any defaults which can be natural defaults.

 

3.3 The descriptions and pictures available on the website.
Seller are the most accurate possible. The colors of the leather, dimensions can be altered by the display you use or by the web browser used. The responsibility of the seller cannot be engaged nor the validity on the sale. 

 

3.4 The measurements are always added to product descriptions. All of the sizes of the shoes are indicated in majority with the UK size and EU size.
We suggest the Buyer to check his measurements before confirming the order.

 

3.5 Once the order confirmed by the Buyer, the Seller check the available of the articles. In case of Out of stock products, the seller offers and exchange or a refund within 15 days. 

 

Article 4 : Price

4.1 The price on the products are displayed on the website in euros (€) with the not applicable V.A.T.

 

4.2 The Seller can change the price anytime and respects the price displayed at the time of the order.

 

Article 5 : Terms of payment and security

5.1 Payments are made directly on the website secured payments systems Paypal or by credit cards via Stripe. No information from your bank account are routing nor kept by the website www.maisonmoussard.com

 

5.2 The Seller may refuse an order or a delivery coming from a Buyer in dispute.

 

5.3 The Buyer expressly knows that the as soon as his card informations are entered on the website worth an authorization and the charge is made on his bank account. If the payment goes through the order is then accepted and the contract is thus made.
The payment made by a Paypal account or by credit card is irreversible.

Article 6 : Order confirmation 

​

6.1 The Buyer can freely edit or erase products before the validation and the payment of the order. The order will not be validated until after the the payment will go through. The confirmation of the order will bring the acceptation of the conditions of business with the products, and their price and other associated fees. All the data provided and the confirmation of the order will be considered as proof of transaction.

 

6.2 The Buyer commits to give exact and true information in all the forms available on the website.

 

6.3 The Seller may contact the Buyer to check or confirm the given information. Giving these information is a condition for confirming the order. The buyer commits to give real email address and phone number in the order form.

 

6.4 After validation of the order by the Seller, a confirmation email with all the main informations about the order (products, price, quantity, and shipping cost) will be sent to the Buyer to the email address the Buyer indicated in the form.

 

6.5 In some case, especially for default on the payment, wrong address or any problem linked with the Buyer's account, the Seller may suspend the order until solution.

 

Article 7 : Order and Delivery

7.1 The parcels are delivered by Colissimo (La Poste) or private carrier (Relais colis) to the address given by the buyer during the order. A tracking number of the parcel will be given to the Buyer.

 

7.2 Shipping costs are included in the invoice according to the choosen delivery option.

 

7.3 The seller commits preparing the orders within 5 days after the order's validation.

 

7.4 The delivery time is given in working days from the release of the parcel by the warehouse. A time extension of the delivery doesn't give right to damages.

 

7.5 The risk of delivered articles are borne by the Buyer, He has to check his parcel as soon as he received it (parcel condition).

 

7.6 Maison Moussard cannot be held responsable for any delay, wrong addresses, damage or lost parcel which can be attributable to the carrier.

 

7.7 Shipping is free for all orders over 300EUR all over Europe.

 

7.8 The details asked by the Seller are necessary to proceed with the delivery and will be only given to the legal partners of the company MOUSSARD Xavier needed to proceed with the order.

Article 8 : Return  

​

8.1 The Buyer can use his right of withdraw within 14 days from the da of reception of the order.

 

8.2 The Buyer must ask for a return within this period by sending an e-mail to contact@maisonmoussard.com

 

8.3 Return cost are always paid by the Buyer. 

 

8.4 The Buyer must send its return parcel within 14 days after the sending of the e-mail.

 

8.5 The goods must be send in the original parcel with all accessories and tags.

 

8.6 The goods must be returned in a perfect condition. Altered or damaged products will not be accepted. It is asked to carefully try the shoes.

 

8.7 The refund will be made within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.

 

8.8 The Buyer will arrange the return with the carrier of his choice, the return cost are his to pay and the Buyer will take the risks to the following address:

Customs costs linked to a return from a foreign country are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns Parcel with tracking number and a sending proof are highly recommended.

Article 9 : Indisivibility of these terms and conditions

9.1 If one or several terms of these selling conditions are invalidated by a law, a regulation that could apply or after a court ruling, all the other terms would stay valid and practical.

 

Article 10 : Jurisdiction 

​

10.1 These terms and conditions are obey to french law in terms of content and form. For any dispute, the Buyer must, before any other action, contact the Seller in order to find an out-of-court agreement.
